International Exchanges and Returns
Here at AMEL, we take care of sending your items to their destination with the utmost care and love. However, if you need to make an exchange or return, the process is the responsibility of the buyer (i.e. you). This means that the return or exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer, okay?
Pay attention to the following conditions for exchanges and returns:
1) The product must have a label, tag, no signs of use - such as a bad smell, stains or dirt and in its original AMEL packaging.
When the order arrives at our workshop, it is analyzed so that we can make sure that the purchase arrived in the conditions described above.
Once the analysis has been carried out, within a period that varies according to your method of purchase, we will return the amount paid.
- If you have made a purchase with a discount coupon, the amount of credit refunded will be equivalent to the amount paid.
In other words, if you want to exchange it for the same item, there will be a difference in value.
- If you have exceeded 7 calendar days of purchase, you can request a credit voucher, which can be used on the same collection as your first piece.
- The voucher must be used within 10 days of issue and the amount refunded will be the same as the amount paid.
- In the event of an exchange for merchandise of a lower value than that previously purchased, we do not issue refunds. The customer keeps the credit for purchases in the online store.
2) We select each item very carefully, so if you have received an item with any kind of defect, simply contact us and do not use the product, and we will return it to you! Send us an e-mail at [email protected], stating your order number in the subject line and which option you want.
We recommend that when you open the package and try on the garment, you send us a photo to evaluate it.
In the case of bottoms and tops, we suggest that you use a hygienic protector so as not to stain/dirt the garment.
PRODUCT POSTAGE
AMEL is delivered throughout the United States and Europe, and our shipments are made exclusively by FEDEX. We recommend that, in the event of an exchange or return, the customer opts for shipping via this same company.
Once you have sent us the e-mail requesting the return or exchange of the product, we will explain how to proceed with the return shipment process.
You will need to take the product to the nearest FEDEX office, preferably in the same packaging as when you received it, and pay the shipping costs.
Remember to attach the Declaration of Contents to the outside of your box so that your Amel can have a safe journey!
REFUNDS
Credit card: We will refund you immediately after analyzing the item.
* It is important to note that the refund policy varies according to your card's brand and can be refunded in up to 2 (two) invoices.
For more information, we suggest contacting the operator of the card used to make the purchase.
PayPal: Refunds will be made within 3 days of receipt of the product and approval of the return.
